You might wonder about the preparation, lets find out. Poland seems to be really serious in doing its national stadium construction in order to qualify as a world-class arena football game. On June 8, 2012, the opening match of EURO 2012 will be held at the Stadium Narodowy (National Stadium) in Warsaw, Poland.
Stadion Narodowy construction has been started since last year, precisely on February 17, 2010 with the construction plan takes a total of 500 days. The stadium is planned to be the largest stadium in Poland and is equipped with a movable roof that sophisticated structure. Its location was strategic, that is, on the banks of the river Vistula near Centrum (city center) and easily reached by public transport. His official address at ul. Actually at this location once the existing football stadium, stadium name is often abbreviated Dziesięciolecia or X-Lecia Stadium (meaning “10th Anniversary Stadium”) which was established in 1955. But since 1983, the stadium is no longer used as a match venue and become dormant, there is no attempt to fix it because the cost is considered too large and not profitable.
Five years later (1989), the stadium area was rented out as folk largest market area in Central and Eastern Europe where there are more than 5000 merchants who sell here. Market its official name “Jarmark Europa” and is managed by a trading company Damis. In 2007, the Warsaw government’s decided to build the National Stadium at this location so the market is also displaced to somewhere else, precisely moved to Marywilska 44 located on the edge of Warsaw.

There will be 58,000 seats in the stands, 965 toilets, 1758 parking spaces, and 110 seats for disabled people. The total area of the stadium (including parking areas) of 18 ha, while the building itself spacious 204,000 m2 with high ceiling at 112 m.
