Five years later (1989), the stadium area was rented out as folk largest market area in Central and Eastern Europe where there are more than 5000 merchants who sell here. In 2007, the Warsaw government’s decided to build the National Stadium at this location so the market is also displaced to somewhere else, precisely moved to Marywilska 44 located on the edge of Warsaw.
